Dr. Howard Jarman Verrico, Chief Executive Officer and Secretary – Director
Dr. Verrico obtained his medical degree from the University of Toronto in 1985 and has been a member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia since July 1986. Dr Verrico is currently a practicing emergency room physician in the province of British Columbia. Currently he is the Chief of the Emergency Department at Mission Memorial Hospital. Dr. Verrico has served as the CEO, Secretary and a Director of Consolidated Ecoprogress Technology Inc. (an environmental technology company), a public company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, from October 2002 to March 2004. In addition, Dr. Verrico has extensive experience as an investor in the junior capital markets providing both venture capital loans and a number of private placements. Dr. Verrico will devote approximately 35% of his time to the business and affairs of the Corporation.

Mark Senner, BSc., President and Project Leader - Director
Mr. Senner holds a BSc. from the University of British Columbia with additional certifications in sales and marketing leadership and management.  Mr. Senner is a Senior Business Leader with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in sales, sales operations, sales and marketing management, project management, and key account management.  Mark has built and strengthened his skills and talents through applying his expertise and expanded responsibilities both regionally and nationally in a variety of positions at Merck-Frosst Canada Inc., Bristol-Myers Squibb Canada Inc., Solvay Canada, Novartis Canada Inc. and, most recently, Biovail Canada both in Ontario and in Vancouver, British Columbia. 

Dr. Alex Sandro Marazzi, Director
Dr. Marazzi is a fully qualified family physician with certification in both Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine. He has been in full time family practice in Mission, British Columbia since 1997. He is also a part owner of a well established walk-in-clinic. Most recently he served as the Chief of the Emergency Department at Mission Memorial Hospital. Prior to practicing medicine in British Columbia, Dr. Marazzi was employed as a full time Emergency Room physician for 7 years in Midland, Ontario. Dr. Marazzi earned his Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences at UBC in 1985. While studying medicine he worked as a Hospital Pharmacist at Langley Memorial Hospital. He earned his Doctor of Medicine at UBC in 1989 and pursued an internship at Toronto East General Hospital. Dr. Marazzi will devote approximately 15% of his time to the business and affairs of the Corporation.

Chris Verrico, Director
Mr. Verrico has 25 years of construction and mine development/operations experience within BC, Yukon, Alaska and Nuuavut including 9 years as an independent contractor performing contract mining, bulk ore handling and containment construction. More recently, he has had instrumental involvement in raising in excess of $20 million dollars for scoping studies and exploration financing for numerous projects throughout the Americas. Mr. Verrico is presently the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Lateegra Gold Corp. since October, 2006; director of Raytec Metals Corp. since November, 2006; also director of Auric Development Corp., Universal Potash Corp., and Weststar Resources Corp.
